Perrenial Garden
Before we started on this home in the Berkeley Hills, the front yard was simply a lawn. The home owners wanted a lush perennial garden which greeted them and their guests as they came in and out of the front door. The photo on the left shows the garden shortly after planting. The one on the right shows the garden after it had grown out a bit. The panels on the fence mirror the pattern of the bay window of this craftsman style home. (click on images to enlarge)
